CONTINENTAL RALLY 2018

Here are the details for the Club Adria Continental Rally.

We will be using the P&O ferries to cross the channel, last year we used the Eurotunnel but the cost difference this year makes it common sense to use the ferry.

PRICES
In the package price are the ferry crossings, sites, electricity, taxes and the evening meal at Camping Berger.

1 night stop in France Camping au Bord de L’Aisne
3 nights in Luxembourg,Camping Kockelscheuer
3 nights in Cologne, Camping Berger
2 nights in Koblenz, Knaus Campingpark
4 nights in Rudesheim, Campingplatz Am Rhein
3 nights in Cochem, Moselcamping
4 nights in Belguim, Camping Parc La Clusure
1 night in Saint Quentin, Camping Vivier aux Carpes

ACTION NEEDED
1. Club Chairman Dave Wharmby now needs to know is who is interested in the trip, sailing out Sunday 9th September and returning to UK on Sunday 30th September.

Please tell Dave BY 10th MARCH if you wish to join the rally.
This is to let the sites know our numbers so they can release unbooked pitches as we have pre booked the maximum pitches that the sites can accept.
Dave will then contact you for further information required by ferry company etc.,

- pets travelling (SEE BELOW)
- any trailer etc towing behind motorhome (additional cost)

PETS ON THE RALLY
when confirming that you are joining the rally, Those who wish to take their pets MUST inform Dave of how many dogs and breed type.

Dave will also organise for dogs to have their passports stamped with a veterinary practice again in Belgium.

if your return date is different to the planned group return.Dave does not need the details at the moment.

AFTER 10th MARCH: ADDITIONAL TRIPS DETAILS
Dave will contact those who have asked to be included on the rally with details of the 12 trips that we have pencilled in and costs.
He needs to see what interest there is for the trips so we have enough for each trip as on some they have minimum number.

Some of the trips are walking distance from the sites. This will also include if dogs can go on the coaches.

FINALLY
We are also trying to arranging a farewell group meal probably again in Belgium.
