Purchasing from Us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for any other purposes. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver goods to you within 5 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date.
Privacy Policy
Club Adria does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Information is collected through the ordering process, or through e-mail enquires. Information gathered is not used for unsolicited mailing, either land mail or electronic.
Clothing
All clothing goods must be returned in a brand new and unused condition with original packaging. We can not accept the return of clothing goods if used.
Refund Policy
Firstly, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods if
you intend to return/cancel all or part of your order.
1) Cancellation. if you wish to cancel your order you may do so within
7 days, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in an un-used
condition and in the original packaging. Damage incurred through the use
of incorrect packaging will be charged at cost. You must return the goods
to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately
insured during any return journey. Cancelling an order may also result
in a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the order value. Your refund maybe
refused if the goods returned are found to be used and therefore not re-saleable.
2) Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these
will be repaired/replaced to you upon receipt and inspection of faulty/damaged
goods to us. It is your responsibility for returning the faulty goods
to us. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of proper receipt of any
returned item less any incurred delivery costs. Your statutory rights
are not affected.
